How does it work?

  • Your will be notified via email and/or SMS of the planned delivery day shortly after shipment collection.

  • If the proposed date is not convenient, you can visit the FedEx Delivery Manager® portal via the FedEx mobile app, log in with secure credentials and request alternate delivery options.

  • Any request to change the delivery will be confirmed via text or email to you..

  • On the day of delivery, you will be reminded that the shipment is on its way.

  • You will be pre-alerted about any delivery delays and will be informed of new delivery time/date.

Our rates

We offer flat rates to Domestics and european shipments. 7,99 euros.

Worlwide deliveries are calculated upon checkout.

Shipping to Venezuela is no longer possible with FedEx. We will let you know as soon as we have further notice. If you think that your country may not be listed in our destination list, please contact us via info@ripesb.com.

  • That all the Items from this store will be shipped worldwide (excluding UK).

  • All items are shipped from The Netherlands and are charged in Euro.

Shipping address and time frames 

Please type postage address carefully, any user errors are not the responsibility of Ripe Skateboards B.V.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in there respective regions. While every effort is made to ship orders on the day they are placed, due to being a small and independently owned company, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Failed Delivery


If an item fails to deliver, for either incorrect postage address by fault of customer, multiple failed delivery attempts by the postage service or a failure to collect package being held by customs or local post office in the allocated time, this will result in a second delivery cost being issued to the customer once the item has been returned to sender.

International Custom Duties

You as the buyer are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Ripe Skateboards store, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays with delivery time.

Returns

- Due to high volume and dynamic inventory fluctuations, we do not currently offer exchanges through ripesb.com. You can return your product and reorder.

- Once we have accepted the return you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to download a return shipping label.

Returns will be depending of the shipping services you have chosen. 

In case of return please consider the following:

1. Pack and seal the product securely in your original Ripe box (if possible) or any cardboard shipping box.

2. Write your name, return address, and order number on the return shipping label. Order number(s) can be found in your invoice and in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Attach the prepaid return label (whether is Fedex) to the outside of the return package, make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels. 

4. The package can be picked up by the FedEx.

*Please note, due to COVID-19, shipping carriers have reported delays. Please note, returns may take 8-13 business days to be delivered back to our warehouse to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn or unused items within 30 business days to the original form of payment. We will only refund if you have received the wrong item, or the item was with some damages.

How can I receive a prepaid return shipping label?

A prepaid return shipping label is provided with in-stock orders only. A replacement shipping label can be sent to you by contacting customer service for a replacement label.


Domestic Returns (within The Netherlands)
The Ripe Skateboards B.V. webstore offers free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of placing your order.

International Returns:

International customers are required to pay for the return shipping and extra costs may apply. 

Do Not send any returns to Ripe Skateboards B.V. prior to speaking to a Customer Service staff by phone or email. You must be issued a Return Authorisation prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will NOT be accepted

For any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping. Sale items can not be returned are exchanged, all sale items sales are final.

Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?

 

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to update or cancel your order once you have submitted it to us. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your product by sending us and email requesting a refund or exchange. Please check your information and merchandise carefully before submitting your order.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

 

First check your spam filter. If you still have not received your confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service (info@ripesb.com).

Are the materials used in the manufacture of your products sustainably sourced?

 

From design to manufacturing, as a business, we make every effort to offer our customers ethical products, made in ways that put the environment first. Additionally, as practices change and evolve, we will continue to improve and create more sustainable and responsible products. Our collections are designed using organic cotton and recycled polyester. Our entire collection production complies with the ethical standards and the ecological thinking.

Are there any animal by-products used in your vegan range?

 

The materials used in the manufacturing of these styles (including adhesives) are free of any animal by-products and therefore are 100% vegan.

What payment methods do you accept? 

Ripesb.com accepts: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, iDeal, Gift Cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. All cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.

 

I want to change my delivery location. How do I do that?

In your cart you can click on the country, below shipping, when you click you are able to choose the country of destination. Then click update and it will be refreshed.
