Ripe Skateboards will manage all your data as if it were our own. E-mail and other data will not be handed over to other parties, sold, rented out etc. What is yours remains within our company. We do want to keep you informed about our activities and would appreciate it if you would subscribe to our mailing. If you subscribe to our mailing, we will only use your data to inform you about new products, promotions, events and much more with our newsletter. Of course it is possible to unsubscribe at any time.

After each order you will receive your own customer code with which you can make your online purchases easily and safely every time you come back. If you would like to see what information we have about you, or if you would like to change, protect or remove your information, please send an e-mail to info@ripesb.com. Within four weeks we will let you know what information we have about you and whether we have changed, protected or removed your information.

You provide Ripe Skateboards directly with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you 1) Register online or place an order for one of our products or services. 2) Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on one of our message boards or via e-mail. 3) Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.

How will we use your data?

Ripe collects your information so that we can 1) Process and manage your order and your (optional) account. 2) Email you with special offers on other products and services that we think you might like. 3) When Ripe processes your order, it can forward your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data? 

Ripe stores your data safely with our hosting partner Shopify.  Ripe keeps the date of your order as long as necessary. This way we have the right information in case of questions about your order or ordered product. We also keep your data in case of warranty.

Marketing 

Ripe Skateboards would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might find interesting. This is only relevant if you subscribe to our newsletter. We will not send any information to a stored email address without permission.

If you have consented to receive marketing, you can always unsubscribe at a later date.

You have at all times the right to stop Ripe from contacting you for marketing purposes or to provide your data to other members of the Ripe Skateboards Group.
